Lance grew up right here in The Woodlands, Texas. With an 18 year restaurant career, his passion for Texas inspired food is highly reflected in Herb & Beet's uniquely sophisticated menu. From New York City to Los Angeles, Lance has lived and worked all over the country. Lance's culinary and performing arts background have garnered him numerous awards and television appearances, most notably on Food Network's "The Great Food Truck Race" with Tyler Florence. Lance merges today's top dining trends with his bold southern taste, and is excited to share his delicious creations with his hometown!

The brains behind the concept, E'Leece Miner moved to The Woodlands after graduating from ASU and living in Los Angeles post college. With over 15 years in the industry, she has envisioned and created Herb & Beet's revolutionary dining concept. Resident Expert on all things operational, E'Leece is passionate about bringing upscale food to The Woodlands in an efficient way, and can't wait to lead the team as Herb & Beet's General Manager!

What keeps Herb & Beet moving? Josh Lorey’s fast moving mind does! Originally from North Carolina and moving to Texas at a young age, Josh arrived in The Woodlands community just as it began to rapidly expand. Josh graduated from ASU with a double major in Finance & Business Management, and after sharpening his skills in the Houston business climate, he founded and managed his own successful Medical Financing company. Upon noticing a void in The Woodlands restaurant market, and with some serious convincing from E’Leece, Josh decided to dive into the fast-paced industry. As President of Herb & Beet, Josh is excited to embark on a new journey to make their restaurant a staple of the community.
